摘要:
以疏水性离子液体为萃取剂,采用分散液-液微萃取对样品进行前处理,结合高效液相色谱,建立 水样中增塑剂的快速检测方法.对影响分散液-液微萃取的各种参数,如萃取剂的种类及用量、分散剂的种类及 用量、溶液pH 值、萃取时间以及离子强度等分别进行了考察.实验发现,增塑剂在质量浓度为1~100μg· L-1时具有良好的线性关系(R2>0.999),检出限(S/N=3)为0.012~0.028μg·L-1.该方法用于环境水样 中增塑剂的分析检测,加标回收率为92.5%~108.2%,相对标准偏差为4.59%~5.81%(n=3).该方法具有 分析速度快、样品处理简单、对环境友好等优点,适用于水体中增塑剂的快速检测.
